We will endeavour to fulfill specific colour requests or flower requests however please be aware that we work alongside nature and the elements which are out of our control. On such occasions we will strive to provide an equivalent.
Please read the care guide sent with your flowers, if they are not already in a vase trim the stems and place in clean vase with clean cool water. Keep out of direct sunlight and draft free, trim any foliage below the waterline. Refresh water frequently.
If on the very rare occasion that after 24 hours after delivery and following the care instructions you are not completely happy with your flowers please contact us, supplying photos of the flowers and we will offer you a full refund or goods of equal value.
Cancellations
We will require at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations in writing to chetterwoodflowers@outlook.com. Cancellations received in this timescale will be issued with a full or part refund dependent on stage of subscription. If in any doubt please contact us by telephone.
